A little about me…
As long as I have known, I have had a desire to help others heal and reach their highest potential. I was initially drawn to massage as I recognize the power of touch and the role it can play in improving an individual’s well-being.
After graduating from the 720-hour program at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, I developed an integrative approach to massage, combining elements from a variety of massage modalities, in order to tailor my massages to the specific needs of my clients. Such modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial release and sports massage.
Additionally, I am trained in seated massage and I am dedicated to continuing my education in other modalities as to better serve my clients.
I recognize that healing takes time and cannot be taken for granted. Both the therapist and client must be patient and committed to the healing process. It is important to me, to meet each of my clients where they are at and design a massage that best suits the client’s needs for that particular session. Whether it is to simply unwind and relax, or to work on a specific issue, I am here for you.
Furthermore, as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, it is of my upmost importance that I create a safe and inclusive space for all persons, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability and so on. My hope for each session is to provide a warm and welcoming environment, which facilitates relaxation, tranquility and the beginning process of healing the mind, body and spirit. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your healing journey.
